Be Well Counseling Atlanta

Our counselors undergo years of education in psychological theory, clinical treatment interventions, as well as education in Christian Spiritual Formation to equip them to walk with you toward health and wholeness. In addition to your own personal goals for therapy, your wellness journey includes mental health assessments that our trained counselors use to determine the best course of treatment for you. Each client is unique, and each journey is unique. We honor space for you to grow and will work with you so that you can thrive.

Megan Kuder is a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) dedicated to providing effective counseling and supervision services. She’s also a wife and a mother of two young children and the founder of Be Well Counseling Atlanta.

Our Policies

Our Process

We begin with a 75 minute intake session to ensure proper time for going over all intake paperwork and to begin interventions in the first session to helping you along your journey of feeling better. We will go over your mental health assessments and talk through a treatment plan with you that you feel comfortable with at this time. At the end of the session, we will schedule follow up sessions with you that fit your budget and treatment plan needs.

RATES

Rates for Megan Kuder, LPC, CPCS, NCC, EMDR

$180 per 45-50 minute individual session, $200 for 50 minute couples session.

$275/$295 for 75 minute intake session for individuals/couples respectively

INSURANCE

Although Be Well Counseling Atlanta does not accept insurance in network, we are happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork to file for out of network benefits. Contact your insurance company for details and utilize this document to help tailor your conversation.

No surprisES

We adhere to the no surprises act, also known as balance billing in regard to insurance reimbursement and billing for services. To learn more about this policy, read the full law here.

HIPPA / Privacy

We strive to keep you fully informed of every part of your therapeutic experience with Be Well Counseling Atlanta in accordance with HIPAA regulations. View our full informed consent document here.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 business hours (M-F) notice for canceling sessions. As discussed during your intake session, your counselor sets aside time and prepares to be with you for your session, thus you will be responsible for the full payment of the session fee if you cancel with less than 48 business hours notice or if you no-show to the session.
